Atty. Katherine Therese Gruba, JD, ME, Managing Partner
Atty. Gruba earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications Technology Management from Ateneo de Manila University and her Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila Law School, where she founded the Joaquin Bernas Center Student Volunteer Corps and served as its Deputy Overall Student Head from 2010 to 2013. She later completed her Master in Entrepreneurship at the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business.

Hercules T. Guzman Jr., JD, MBA-FIN, Founding Partner
Atty. Guzman earned his Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Master’s Degree in Business Administration Finance from De La Salle University–Manila, and his Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila Law School. He also received training in real estate due diligence from global law firm DLA Piper LLC in Chicago, Illinois.

His practice focuses on regulatory compliance, labor and employment, corporate law, and government relations. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at Del Rosario & Del Rosario Law Offices and later served as legal counsel to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A.

Atty. De Guzman earned his Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University and his Juris Doctor from the Arellano University School of Law.
He began his legal career in private practice, handling civil, criminal, and labor litigation, before joining the Public Attorney’s Office, where he served as trial lawyer and later as appellate counsel.
