Atty. Bacani earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila University and is currently a candidate for AI Strategy and Governance Certification at the University of Pennsylvania. 

She served as City Councilor of Manila from 2013 to 2025, where she chaired and served in various committees relating to women and gender affairs, environmental protection, legislation, ethics, and child protection. She authored and sponsored several ordinances addressing gender-based violence, digital governance, business streamlining, and public sector digitization. 

Atty. Bacani heads the Firm’s Government Affairs and Public Policy Group and co-heads the Regulatory Compliance Group.
