Atty. Mallillin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila University. 

His practice focuses on regulatory compliance, labor and employment, corporate law, and government relations. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at Del Rosario & Del Rosario Law Offices and later served as legal counsel to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. – Philippine Global Service Center, where he handled labor, compliance, and regulatory matters. 

He later served in senior leadership roles at JPMorgan, overseeing licensing, regulatory compliance, and government relations functions, and representing the company before various government agencies. He subsequently served in the Philippine Government as Legislative Liaison to the Judicial and Bar Council and as Senior Vice President at the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 

Atty. Mallillin currently heads the Firm’s Regulatory Compliance and Labor and Employment Groups.
